Barnett & MacMurray Ltd specialises in computional hydraulic modelling. The firm has offices in Oamaru and Nelson. The two prinicpals and one consultant of the firm have between them over 50 years of experience, covering a range of modelling studies in stormwater, sewers, rivers, coastal and harbour situations. We have also developed software for hydro power system simulation for major energy companies. The firm has on numerous occasions provided expert evidence on hydraulic and hydrological matters for local government and private clients. Our expertise includes sediment transport and morphological modelling in rivers, and advection-dispersion modelling.
