BGT Structures Ltd is a well-established consulting structural and civil engineering practice in Auckland, New Zealand. Started in 1970, our company has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of design and construction. We have completed over 10,000 separate building projects incorporating some of the tallest buildings in New Zealand including, high rise apartments, offices, hotels, educational facilities, retail shopping complexes, retirement villages, industrial warehouses, institutional facilities, and car parking structures.
The company has an excellent industry wide reputation and is well regarded by clients. Our primary objective is to provide a personal and responsive professional service to our clients' requirements, based on the principles of quality, efficiency, integrity and continuing improvement. We are proud of our work and of our client relationships.
Our staff have been designing and detailing structural engineering projects for over 35 years and provide a professional spread of experience and capability utilising the latest computing technologies to design and document a variety of projects. We are skilled in seismic engineering, structural dynamics, computer analysis of structures and construction techniques. We provide cutting edge design with the ability to clearly generate this, utilising 3D CAD documentation such as REVIT for Structures. Our directors are members of Engineers New Zealand. They are also active members of many other professional bodies including the NZ Structural Engineering Society, the NZ Concrete Society and the NZ National Society for Earthquake Engineering.
