Dispute Resolution in the Construction Industry

The 13 November, 2017 Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) is offering a one-day seminar in Auckland.  This seminar will run through the dispute resolution procedures common to standard forms like NZS3910 and considers how to make the most of those procedures.
