SoBeer offers structural design, seismic assessment, repair and strengthening, peer review, construction monitoring and site inspection experience for residential, commercial, school, public buildings and industrial projects.
The team of experienced engineers and consultants at SoBeer can also produce fire reports to determine the minimum fire safety measures and regulations for any proposed building in order to comply with the Building Consent Authority, BCA and ensure buildings comply with the provisions of the New Zealand Building Code with respect to the fire regulations.
Owner Ros So-Beer has over 15 years of experience and is a Practice Area Assessor for Structural for Engineering New Zealand (ENZ) and an Auckland City Council Producer Statement Author.
