Warren Traves: Chief Risk Officer, GHD
Warren Traves is the Chief Risk Officer at GHD and a key member of their Executive Leadership Team. With over 30 years of experience in the water industry, Warren has played a pivotal role in delivering major water infrastructure projects across Australia and has lived, first-hand, both project and corporate risks common to engineering consultants. He has served in significant roles including Director for Seqwater and a member of Infrastructure Queensland.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma in Municipal Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland. He also completed an Advanced Management Program at Mt Eliza Business School.

Ross Meijer: Executive General Manager – Corporate, Aon New Zealand
Ross Meijer is the General Manager of Corporate at AON New Zealand and is a seasoned Insurance Advisor with over 25 years of experience spanning New Zealand, the UK, the USA, and Europe. Ross has demonstrated a strong track record in the financial services industry.
Ross is particularly skilled in Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Liability, Professional Liability, and working with brokers. His role as a CEAS insurance consultant has given him a strong understanding of the insurance needs and concerns of consultants and engineers.
A graduate of Victoria University, Ross is recognized for his executive leadership and strategic insights. At the ACE Breakfast, he will provide valuable perspectives on global market trends, insurance movements, and risk management, leveraging his extensive international experience and deep knowledge of the insurance sector.
