With record high inflation, rising material and staff costs and the potential for a global recession, what can our business leaders expect in a post-COVID economy? How can we prepare?

Aotearoa’s response to the challenges we are facing locally and globally is going to require bold and inspiring leadership from the infrastructure sector. From building a strong and diverse workforce that can deliver on our infrastructure goals through to providing the innovation needed to lead Aotearoa to our goal of net zero carbon. But there are some significant challenges ahead of us that our businesses need to navigate to realise this leadership.
