Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams Envivo offers in-house civil, structural and environmental engineering, surveying, laser scanning, BIM modelling and resource management planning services.
Envivo’s engineering team is now the largest division and works closely with our surveyors and planners. We are one of the larger surveying companies in the country with eight licensed cadastral surveyors and a capability of up to eight field teams. We have over 70 staff based in our Auckland and Christchurch offices, and we often travel further afield for our nationwide clients.
One of the areas that we’re seeing the most interest is in our laser scanning. We launched laser scanning in 2014 and we’ve seen strong growth from our existing clientele as well as new contacts and referrals. It is exciting new technology and we’ve barely scratched the surface of the capabilities and the way we can integrate the many layers of functionality into our projects.
We see amazing possibilities in BIM (Building Information Modelling) and we’re actively involved in the BIM acceleration group – the potential is enormous. The Envivo teams have considerable knowledge in all facets of property development.
