Event cancellations and alterations policy
- All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST.
- Payments by credit card attract a 3.5% service fee.
- Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you are welcome to reassign your registration to another member of your staff, but must notify ACENZ in writing at least two business days in advance of the event.
- If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less an administration charge of $150 + GST will be made, providing notification has been received no later than ten business days before the event.
- No refund is possible within the 10 business day window before the event.
- Cancellation of your registration must be in writing, and ACENZ will acknowledge this by return written advice.
- To receive the applicable registration pricing (e.g. Early Bird), all invoices must be paid by the due date.
- ACENZ in its sole discretion reserves the right to alter, change, amend or remove portions of the event programme. Such alterations are not grounds for cancellation of attendance.
