ACE offices, Level 11, 79 Boulcott Street, Wellington, 6011 - July 11, 2023 at 5:15pm - 7:30pm

Are you struggling to have purposeful conversations with your clients? Do you need extra help generating actions at the end of these conversations? Have you been unsuccessful in securing the second meeting? Or do you just feel like you're not making progress?

Many professionals struggle to take their client relationships to the next level, and that's what this course is designed to address.

This two-hour workshop offers a practical, end-to-end guide to planning and conducting effective client meetings that'll advance relationships and help you secure new opportunities. With plenty of interactive practice in small groups (we won't put you on the spot in front of the whole room), we'll build your confidence to run effective meetings.

This interactive session covers:

  • Positioning an agenda ahead of a meeting
  • Creating a purpose to drive a better conversation
  • Questions that generate client actions/next steps
  • Post-meeting follow up

Refreshments will be served.
