How to create a mentally healthy workplace
Webinar - June 21, 2022 at 9:00am - 10am
About
Employers have a responsibility to ensure their people are working in mentally safe work environments, and that they are taking action to reduce mental health risks in the workplace.
Businesses that invest in building and maintaining good mental wellbeing report higher productivity, sales and customer satisfaction. But it can be hard to know where to start.
We’re partnering with the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum to share their framework for managing mental health and wellbeing at work and strategies you can implement to design mentally healthy workplaces.
This webinar is the first in a programme of work we are leading to grow awareness and encourage action in this space for our members, to enable more sustainable and enduring businesses.
Join this session to hear from Dr Hillary Bennett, a health and safety leadership coach and mental wellbeing researcher who has worked with the Business Leaders’ Health and Safety Forum to create the evidenced-based framework to support organisations to effectively design mentally healthy workplaces.
