About the presenters

Emily Walton - Barrister at Bridgeside Chambers

A general civil litigator with specialist expertise in insurance and construction dispute work, Emily was heavily involved in the Canterbury Earthquakes at the High Court Earthquake List claims, both commercial and residential. More recently, she has developed a professional indemnity practice defending architects, engineers and other construction professionals against negligence claims. This specialist practice compliments the general construction dispute work including Construction Contracts Act adjudications and defective and leaky building litigation.

Hannah Bryce - Chair of ACE New Zealand Legal Advisory Group and General Counsel NZAP at GHD 

Hannah leads GHD’s New Zealand Asia Pacific Legal practice and is part of the Global Legal Leadership Team.
