Retention and the employee experience
Webinar - March 03, 2022 at 12:30pm - 2pm
Professional services consultancies are facing significant challenges this year – staff shortages, the churn of people moving between organisations, and corresponding wage inflation and wellbeing impacts. Restrictions at the border have limited overseas recruitment, and there’s the added challenge of Omicron and pending large absences.
Business continuity, retention and employee experience have never been more important.
Join Deloitte Partners Leissa Wheatley and Sonia Breeze as they discuss the employee experience – what it is, why it’s important and how to embed the experience into the DNA of your business.
You will also hear from a client they have worked with to build a great employee experience.
