About the presenters
Leissa Wheatley
Lisa is Partner in Deloitte’s consulting practice and the New Zealand lead for customer strategy and applied design. Her role is all about helping clients to elevate the human experience, with a particular focus on experience-driven product and service design and experience-led transformation. With two decades of experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, she has helped banks, councils, telcos, energy providers and insurance companies re-imagine the experience their people have at work, applying human-centred design processes, methods and tools to transform an organisation’s identity, culture and experience from the inside out. Most recently she has led Deloitte’s own employee experience design initiative.
Sonia Breeze
Sonia leads Deloitte’s human capital consulting practice and internal talent experience refresh, helping organisations to maximise the potential of their people. She has 25 years’ experience in human capital consulting and as a Chief Human Resource officer, advising on and implementing talent experiences that differentiate organisations in how they can attract and retain people. She is particularly passionate about enabling organisations to align their strategy, purpose and culture with their talent experience.
