Sustainability Award

The ACE New Zealand Sustainability Award showcases the outstanding contribution to creating a sustainable future for Aotearoa.  

The performance of the consultant is important, but also the ownership of the sustainable outcomes being delivered.  

Sustainable projects embrace a high level of engagement and collaboration with clients, stakeholders and the wider community. 

How to enter  

Projects cannot be directly entered for a Sustainability Award. The judging panel will consider all entries into the ACE Awards and evaluate if any may be worth to receive a Sustainability Award.  

Criteria  

• demonstrate, in a measurable manner, sustainable outcomes as determined by a significant reduction in emissions and discharges  
• other sustainable outcomes should be demonstrated in a measurable manner 
• an exceptionally happy community, stakeholders and client as a result of the consultant’s work 
• it is not a special category and any contenders would have been nominated in the awards process on their own merits by the lead judge
