Meet the 2021 ACE New Zealand Student Award winners.
The Student Award, sponsored by AECOM, celebrates engineering students written and practical development.
The winners receive a cash prize of $1,500 and a day pass to the 2021 Future Fit Aotearoa ACE New Zealand conference.

Xiaowei Lin (University of Auckland)
Xiaowei (Lisa) Lin is in her final year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at the University of Auckland, majoring in civil engineering. She talks to us about her internship at Holmes Consulting and how she hopes to use her knowledge and skills to address global challenges.
Matthew Payne (University of Auckland)
Matt Payne is in his final year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in civil and environmental engineering at the University of Auckland. He talks to us about his pathway into engineering and his internship with McConnell Dowell in Rarotonga.
Sabrina Wong (University of Auckland)
Sabrina Wong is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint degree at the University of Auckland, majoring in civil and environmental engineering, finance and commercial law.
