Andrea is Managing Director NZ at Beca and a planner / social scientist. She thrives on making a difference and shaping the environments and communities of the future is a big motivator.

Chris is the chief executive and a director at CGW Consulting Engineers. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management at CGW and has overseen significant growth. He is passionate about helping people realise their potential.

Blake understands both ends of the ACE member organisation spectrum, having worked for both a large global engineering design firm and more recently a growing local consultancy.

Jo is a chartered engineer (CEng MICE) and technical director in the advisory team at Mott MacDonald. She is passionate about the role engineers have on the environment and is a champion for the Inclusive Network for Women at Mott McDonald.

Byron is an advocate for weaving te ao Māori through the engineering and consulting industry, creating authentic partnerships and highlighting employment opportunities for Māori.

L’Rey has a robust background in governance and a deep commitment to te ao Māori and Rangatahi perspectives. She joins the ACE Board as an Emerging Director.

As a water Engineer with WSP Friso is glad to contribute time and effort to further ACE’s goals in Northland from his base in Whangarei, to be an advocate for all members and to best anticipate the great potential for consultancy and engineering.

JP Swart is Team Leader and Senior Project Manager at Stantec and the new ACE New Zealand Regional Chair for the Bay of Plenty. He uses his extensive project management and leadership skills to guide diverse technical projects.

Chad is a civil engineer at Beca in the Taranaki region. He believes integrity is his greatest strength. He’s spent the past 10 years contracting which has provided him with a practical skill base and industry knowledge to drive projects to success.
