About the presenters

Tim Jones - Founder, CEO, B Corp Consultant 

Tim is New Zealand’s first qualified B Consultant having successfully completed the training programme run by B Lab ANZ. He has helped more than 50 companies from around the world successfully navigate the B Corp Impact Assessment and is working with new businesses every month to take them through the process. 

As well as guiding clients to gain their B Corp certification, he delivers inspirational, motivational, memorable and impactful consulting, training and coaching to individuals and organisations. He helps them achieve meaningful goals in life and work, by tapping into the potential of their purpose fuelled performance. He also holds a Certificate in Impact Measurement and Management for the SDGs from Duke University. 

Jenson Varghese - Managing Director, MRCagney 

Jenson is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of urban planners, urban designers, economists, and sustainable transport specialists. As a consultant, Jenson has a history of successfully managing, delivering and overseeing a wide range of high-profile sustainable transport projects in New Zealand and Australia.  In addition to his management and consultant role, Jenson has governance expertise as a director and board member. He is a past board member of ACE and is currently a steering committee member for The Diversity Agenda among other governance roles.

Amber Carran-Fletcher - Operations Manager and Senior Consultant 

Amber Carran-Fletcher is MRcagney’s Operations Manager and a Senior Consultant for the business. She has worked in transportation for the public and private sectors in New Zealand and the United States and has a specific focus on research, policy analysis and emissions reduction strategies. Amber brings strong organisation and communication skills to projects and to her operations role.  These skillsets help her draw together key business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience. She believes good planning and a collaborative approach to decision making is critical to ensure positive outcomes. Amber enjoys working with teams to find ways to do things better!
