- 3 March: Expression of interest opens
- 31 March: Expression of interest closes
- 6 May: Shortlisted entrants notified
- 13 May: ACE Awards submissions open (shortlisted entrants only)
- 13 May: Submissions open for He Tohu Auroa, Emerging Leader, Diversity and Inclusion and Futurespace Awards
- 22 June: All ACE Awards submissions close
- July and August: Judging takes place
- 8 September: Finalists notified
- 5 November: ACE Awards Gala
