With the election upon us, we're talking to a range of politicians about issues which impact our sector. In this event, we're speaking with Hon Scott Simpson, the New Zealand National Party's spokesperson for Environment - Climate change - RMA reform.
We'll pose a range of questions to Scott, and there's a chance for you to ask questions too!
About the presenter
Scott was elected Member of Parliament for Coromandel in November 2011. Before entering Parliament, he was CEO of the nationwide children's charity Make-A-Wish New Zealand.
He has a strong business and commercial background having previously held roles as New Zealand General Manager of Protector Safety, HPM and Caroma Industries.
Scott has a law degree from the University of Auckland, is a Justice of the Peace and a member of the Institute of Directors.
