Beaton 2019 Client Choice Awards

The Beaton 2019 Client Choice Awards - Consulting Engineering and Built Environment profession are now open. ACENZ is delighted to announce that Consulting Engineering and Built Environment firms of all sizes are now able to enter the Client Choice Awards.

To the larger firms in the accounting, consulting engineering, IP and law professions whose clients beaton have surveyed for the last 15 years, other built environment professions have been added including architecture, environmental sciences, planning, quantity surveying and project management. New cyber-safe technology developed by beaton means that even the smallest of firms can enter and have their clients surveyed. Entry details may be found here.

ACENZ is doing this for the benefits the Awards process and resulting feedback provide to 1) the clients of professional services firms and 2) the firms themselves.

Entries are now open and surveying begins in October this year. The Winners will be announced on 27th March next year plus every firm that enters will receive a full report on the feedback from their clients.

We encourage every firm to enter now.

What are the Consulting Engineering and Built Environment Awards?

  • The Consulting Engineering and Built Environment Awards are unique

  • 10s of 1000s of clients of professional services firms provide online feedback to individual firms on how well the clients’ needs are being met and the value-for-money they are getting

  • The Awards have been running since 2005 covering the professions of accounting and consulting, law, specialist IP, and consulting Engineering and the built environment

  • The Awards are owned and independently conducted by beaton, an Australian company

Why are built environment associations so deeply involved with these Awards?

  • We are working with beaton to bring the 2019 Client Choice Awards to a wider range of professions and firms than has been possible to date

  • As a result, firms of all sizes in the professions of architecture, consulting engineering, environmental science, planning, project management, and quantity surveying, and related specialisations like acoustical and heritage will be eligible to enter

  • Built environment associations are doing this for the benefits the Awards process and resulting feedback provide to [1] the clients of professional services firms and [2] the firms themselves

What are the benefits to consulting engineering and built environment firms and their clients?

  • First and foremost, firms get rigorous, independently gathered and analysed client feedback, usually with benchmarks

  • beaton’s reports are included with entry for small-medium size firms, whereas larger firms pay, as they have since 2005

  • This feedback serves to help firms improve the value they provide to clients – and their own competitiveness

  • Clients are the ultimate beneficiaries
